The activities undertaken, the exercise routines performed and the equipment used are components of the overall tools we use in our learning and growth process. Before attempting any of these, be sure to take some time and learn proper technique of the skills required. That could be thru a trainer or the purchase the training materials (we provide the links for all the major sources we use). Many of these are not necessarily easy to perform (although it can always be modified to match your fitness level) so before doing them, be sure you are cleared by your physician. And with regards to the equipment we’ve made ourselves, these are not by any means the safest possible designs or construction.
