Note: This was a “Chris Special”. This came from Chris’s tool box and a good one at that. On that note, I threw in the planks at the end (not having thought that one thru completely). Between doing PSUs and C&J’s, our shoulders were pretty burnt, hence making holding ourselves up in planks…….a little tougher;). Just something to keep in mind.

c & fam, s & fam – Took the family for a walk in the woods. We jumped thru puddles, ran thru the bushes looking for skunks….and elephants, ate salmon berries, threw rocks in the river and got on an airplane flying at mock 3 ie: Dad:)

I should mention that this week was a lot harder than the previous ones. For one, I came up with a circuit that almost killed me. I had thinking for the last few weeks that I really wanted to increase my cardio so I came up with the idea of doing jump squats, then push ups and then sprints and the clean, jerks of two 35lb. (Clean, jerks are basically lifting two 35lb, one in each hand, from the ground up above your head)

LOL. I guess I got my cardio. I felt like I was going to through up for the 9 minutes that I was doing it for!

Yikes! I think it almost curbed my enthusiasm for a creativity!
