DAY 1 (Strength)

Notes: I’ve been trying to come up with a creative solution to allow us to do Back Extensions. Finally decided on doing them off our 24′ wall that we use for the box jump. We alternate holding the others ankles. If you don’t have a partner, you could use a heavy sandbag or other heavy……thing, across the back of you legs to allow you to do the extentions. And remember, whatever it is you’re leaning off of, be safe. Make sure it won’t flip over on you while you’re in that compromised position.

DAY 3 (Rest)

Note: Chris and I spoke this day and decided we were going to take the rest of the week off (just do some Super Joints on our own time). Between work, family and all the activity that was going on with having everyone here, we weren’t getting much sleep. We both recognized that we were starting to fatigue and feeling the potential for burnout. Chris wrote a great post about some thoughts on taking the break. It’s called “Taking a Break” 😉

DAY 7 (Endurance)

I had really been needing to get out on a hike, clear my head a bit. So I headed out to the mountains on Sunday (day 7) and came back the next day. It was cold, windy and wet the whole time. I haven’t had that kind of fun in a while;)
